Breakfast, Brunch, Lunch and Dinner

Sometimes, people too busy to notice how important are the perfect time for taking meal. For instance, in the morning; people take Every day people eat for 3 or 4 times a day. They are eating at breakfast, lunch, and dinner time. breakfast before do their activities. Breakfast is breaking the fast of the night. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, due to after raising from a night’s sleep our body needs energy for the day. We can prepare breakfast such as juice, tea, milk, coffee, bread and many more. Indonesian people like “Nasi Uduk”, “Nasi Kuning” and “Lontong” for their breakfast. They chose those foods because those foods consist of carbohydrate. People who do not eat breakfast in the morning, they will have problems with concentration, metabolism and weight. That is why we must take breakfast before do our activities. If people do not take breakfast, usually they are taking brunch between 11 am and 1 pm, close to lunch time but still before.
Brunch is a combination of breakfast and lunch. Unlike breakfast, brunch meal is similar to lunch meal. Usually, after eat brunch meal; people do not eat lunch again. In France, they do not like brunch word, they like say brunch with another word once the big little lunch. Next, about lunch, lunch can be eaten on a break from work. The importance from lunch time is taking meal and relaxes time after working in the morning. The lunch time is between 12 am until 2 am. At lunch time, people like eating meal, such as steak, pasta, sea food etc. Sometimes, after take lunch they do not take dinner anymore. This kind habit is a bad habit. Every day, we must take breakfast, lunch and dinner. After lunch is always be a dinner. Dinner used to be the name of the main meal of the day. Dinner referred to the first meal of a two-meal day, a heavy meal occurring about noon, which broke the night's fast in the new day. We can take dinner with heavy meal or snack or maybe some fruits salad. It depends on you, whether you want your dinner special or just a simple dinner. Every day, we must remember to take breakfast, lunch and dinner on time not in time.
